Voltage Park Acquires TensorDock to Expand GPU Cloud Services for AI

Voltage Park, a leading provider of scalable GPU-as-a-service (GPUaaS) solutions, has announced the acquisition of TensorDock, a rapidly growing GPU cloud marketplace. This strategic move is aimed at enhancing Voltage Park’s AI infrastructure capabilities and making high-performance computing more accessible and flexible for developers, researchers, and enterprises in the artificial intelligence space.

The acquisition supports Voltage Park’s mission to democratize access to advanced AI computing resources. By incorporating TensorDock’s marketplace into its platform, Voltage Park plans to offer a wider and more cost-effective range of GPU solutions. The combined offering will serve a broad spectrum of users—from individual developers to major AI organizations—supporting everything from model training and inference to hosting.

“Our shared goal is to increase access to AI computing,” said Ozan Kaya, CEO of Voltage Park. “TensorDock is the perfect partner to help us achieve our vision of delivering powerful GPU accelerators for AI model development and deployment. This acquisition cements Voltage Park’s position as a strong alternative to traditional cloud hyperscalers.”

TensorDock has earned a reputation for its diverse selection of GPU instances, ranging from entry-level NVIDIA RTX cards to high-end NVLink-connected NVIDIA HGX H100 SXM5 servers. The platform is known for offering cutting-edge hardware at competitive prices, including on-demand Hopper RTX cards and real-time H100 instances for under $3 per hour. TensorDock also provides early access to the latest NVIDIA RTX Blackwell GPUs through a global network of vendors, including Voltage Park, while maintaining high standards for security and reliability.

Post-acquisition, TensorDock will continue operating its GPU marketplace, now backed by Voltage Park’s robust AI-optimized infrastructure. Users will benefit from seamless scalability, with access to everything from A4000 RTX cards to full-scale NVIDIA SuperPod clusters, all through a unified interface.

As part of the integration, TensorDock founder Jonathan Lei will become General Manager of On-Demand at Voltage Park. Melissa Du, previously Director of Customer Experience at Voltage Park, will assume the role of General Manager at TensorDock. Jaden Wang has been appointed Lead Engineer for the platform.

“Not all cloud platforms are created equal,” said Jonathan Lei. “Voltage Park consistently stood out to our users for its reliability, powerful infrastructure, and advanced features like InfiniBand with NVIDIA SHARP, high-performance networking, and sharded NVMe-based storage. Unifying our platforms will deliver a simpler, more powerful experience for our customers.”

With this acquisition, Voltage Park is poised to meet the surging demand for GPU-accelerated AI workloads by offering a compelling mix of performance, reliability, and affordability in the competitive cloud infrastructure market.
